Corrections

We timestamp stories and correct material errors in plain sight. Claim status can change as new evidence arrives; when we update a verdict or a number, we note it on the story.

• Material factual errors get a visible correction note at the top or foot of the story.
• We do not silently rewrite history after pickup; we amend and label.
• Spot an error? Email hello@ofeux.ai with the story URL and the correction.
